Getting elected was just the first step. Now the real work begins. Dayne continues to meet with all the departments at City Hall. Today he spoke with the hard working folks of Flint's City Garage.

I would like to thank the people of Flint for choosing me to be the next mayor of our great city. And I would like to once again thank my staff and the hundreds of campaign volunteers for their tremendous efforts during this campaign. I am ready to get to work for all of Flint's citizens.

Dayne is hosting this event to thank everyone that has volunteered on his campaign and to reach out to those people that may not have yet made up their minds about tomorrow's mayoral election.
